Are you passionate about where you live? Could you be a local monitor?
Our local monitors are a vital part in our wider customer engagement commitment. Their vigilance and dedication in reporting any environmental issues or concerns ensure we can resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure our communities stay clean and tidy.
As a local monitor, you are asked to complete a monthly guided survey using either an online or paper feedback form. The survey takes a few minutes to do each month and we often find our local monitors complete the form whilst going about their daily activities.
As part of your role, you will be provided with all the essential information and resources to support you in your role.
Our local monitors report on issues such as:
- Fly tipping / untidy communal areas.
- Communal grass cutting, flowerbeds and hedge maintenance.
- Unsafe trees
- Concerns or issues on land owned by Broadacres.
- Graffiti / fly posting
- Unsafe play areas or equipment
- Untidy gardens
- Abandoned vehicles.
