We are pleased to announce that we have retained our maximum rating from the housing regulator for the way we are financially managed and governed.

The judgement, issued by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), confirmed our G1/V1 grading.

To achieve the rating, we had to meet governance requirements and prove we have the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of scenarios.

Broadacres Chief Executive Gail Teasdale said: “This is excellent news for Broadacres. The judgement demonstrates that we are a properly governed, well managed and financial stable organisation.

“It provides an excellent platform on which we can continue to deliver the key elements of our corporate strategy, which is creating great homes to live in, great customer experiences and great places to live in, across our operating area of North Yorkshire.

“Our ultimate goal is to become the best rural housing provider in the country and the regulatory judgement puts us in a strong position to realise this vision.”
