Every year the Government asks all housing associations to collect customer feedback about performance using a set of questions called Tenant Satisfaction Measures. All social housing providers must do this and publish the results so anyone can see how they are performing.
The survey focuses on how happy customers are with the way their landlord maintains homes and delivers key services.
We are very proud of our results, finishing 7thin the country overall.
We were 2nd best for repairs and 10th best for complaint handling.
Overall, 87% of our customers are satisfied with the service provided by Broadacres and 89% are satisfied that they are provided with a home that is well maintained.
92% of customers are also highly satisfied that Broadacres provides a home that is safe, and eight out of ten customers are satisfied with the energy efficiency of their homes (81%).
Although our results are excellent, we won’t be resting on our laurels, and in we look forward to delivering the great homes and great customer experiences in 2025 that our customers deserve.
