Heather Ashton

Past Experience:

Heather has over 20 years of experience in the Social Housing and Higher Education sectors.  She has extensive experience in strategic and financial business planning, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, values based transformational change, incremental performance and service improvement underpinned by solid financial accounting, governance, and compliance experience.

From 2011 to 2021 Heather was the Executive Director of Resources at Thirteen Housing Group.  In 2023 Heather joined Campbell Tickell as an Associate where she is playing a key role in remobilising the workforce post Covid, attaining ISO27001 (Data Security) and Cyber Essentials.

Heather currently sits on Auckland Home Solutions as a statutory appointee of the Regulator of Social Housing and has a certificate in Mergers and Acquisition from Imperial College (2022). She is a chartered member CIH, holds a diploma in Company Direction (IOD) is ACMA qualified and has a BA (Hons) in Geography and Economics

Having lived in North Yorkshire for the past 24 years whilst continuing to grow and refine my skills and expertise in Social Housing, becoming part of the Broadacres family offers the perfect opportunity for me to be bring together those skills and my knowledge of the region in helping to make a positive difference to the communities that Broadacres serves.
