Alison Hadden

Past Experience:

A career in housing that has included working for Local Authorities, Stock Transfer Organisations and Housing Associations across the length and breadth of the country. After 7 years as CEO at Paradigm HA in the South East Alison began a career as an interim Executive and focused on improving Associations that had found themselves in Regulatory and Financial difficulties.  Alison has since held a number of non- executive roles in traditional and for profit housing associations as well as a Real Estate Investment Trust.

Personal statement:

Having worked in housing all of my life I am committed to trying to deliver excellent services to our customers whilst balancing the ambition to house those who are not yet in a position to have a place to call home. New homes in rural areas is a huge priority but we must always strive to ensure our existing homes are safe, warm and affordable to our customers.”
