Helen Simpson OBE - Chair

Helen is an experienced commercial leader who spent much of her career working in senior management roles for BT where she specialised in business development, strategy, digital transformation & social responsibility.

Keith Holloway

After a life long career in social housing, which included working in York, Redcar and Cleveland, and Wakefield, before a decade as CEO of Thames Valley Housing.

Luke Gallagher

An experienced sustainability professional with a background in the housing and education sectors. In recent years Luke has worked for a social housing provider in the North East of England and subsequently for a large regeneration contractor as Head of Sustainability.

Ruth Snell

Retired solicitor having been a partner of Addleshaw Goddard LLP solicitors. Specialising in property and commercial contracts, Ruth has over 25 years of experience including social housing, commercial and residential property and projects.

Victoria Tolmie-Loverseed

A not-for-profit housing specialist, leader and surveyor by training with 15 years’ experience in property management, customer experience, development and risk management. Currently a board member of Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association.

Oliver Colling

A FCA and FCCA qualified accountant with over thirty years’ experience of helping organisations improve the way they work. He is an experienced Executive and Non-Executive Board member and has been a Board Member at Livin Housing in County Durham since 2015.

Simon Brooksbank

Simon has considerable experience in helping organisations use customer and market insight, research and data to create and deliver great customer experiences. Simon brings a breadth of private sector experience having lead customer intelligence and insight teams in Unilever, Thomas Cook, Reckitt Benckiser, Diageo and 2sisters.

Kate Franklin

Kate is a highly experienced transformation director, senior marketer, and recognised expert in building customer-centred businesses

Tim Payne

Tim is an experienced retail leader who initially spent 10 years working in head office positions in London for retailers including Debenhams and Disney Store.

Heather Ashton

Heather has over 20 years of experience in the Social Housing and Higher Education sectors.  She has extensive experience in strategic and financial business planning, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, values based transformational change, incremental performance and service improvement underpinned by solid financial accounting, governance, and compliance experience.
